A West St. Paul art project that’s been more than a year in the making was installed today in the art park at the corner of Oakdale and Butler.
Earlier this month Celebrate West St. Paul Days—the organization responsible for the annual West St. Paul Days events, including the parade and West St. Paul royalty—announced they were shutting down.
The community is invited to participate in creating a mosaic column for the Art Park at the corner of Oakdale and Butler.
Threatening storm clouds couldn’t dampen the party at Skate Against Hate, a fundraising event at Harmon Park that raised more than $2,100.
On Tuesday, July 7 at 6 p.m. there will be an informational meeting at the former K-mart to learn about the proposed apartments at the site.
