Monday’s West St. Paul City Council meeting has a relatively brief agenda, mostly focused on housing rehab with a proclamation for Black History Month.
West St. Paul’s Jerry Cotton served as a trailblazing deputy, a mentor, and an inspiration. He passed away in 2006, but his legacy lives on through a memorial scholarship.
When asked why he does what he does at a recent town hall, State Representative Rick Hansen answered, “I believe one person can make a difference.”
This early morning work group will cover topics including sidewalk gaps, proposed no parking, Carrie Street, and a housing rehab program.
