West St. Paul Mayor Dave Napier delivered the State of the City address: “The last few years have been so challenging… but our success did not stop.”
West St. Paul City Council recognized police officers and fire fighters for saving a life, approved a new parking lot design for Heritage, and had another closed session on the Hy-Vee property, among other business.
West St. Paul City Council will consider plans for a new parking lot and parent drop-off loop at Heritage, potential TIF district expansion, and hold another closed meeting to discuss a purchase offer on the Hy-Vee property.
