After more than three months of virtual meetings due to the pandemic, the West St. Paul City Council will be meeting in person again. There’s a lot on the work session schedule, including the proposed housing project at the former K-mart site.
The first City Council meeting of 2020 was relatively quiet, with a nod to local baseball and discussions on a community pollinator garden, expanded ice arena, and legislative priorities.
West St. Paul is considering a proposal for a community pollinator garden in a unique mandala shape at the vacant lot on the southern corner of the Smith/Dodd intersection.
