There’s not a lot of action on the agenda for the regular West St. Paul City Council meeting, though the OCWS will get into the 2022 budget and potentially revamping how OCWS operates.
The West St. Paul City Council passed the 2021 budget and tax levy, reviewed improvements for Thompson Park, and passed liquor license rebates for 2021.

After two very long meetings in a row, last night’s 20-minute West St. Paul City Council meeting was a welcome breather. The main agenda didn’t include much, though more interesting discussions happened during the Open Council Work Session.
