Students at St. Joseph’s Catholic School in West St. Paul lined the block around the school in a salute to first responders on the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack in 2001. A procession of about 20 first responder vehicles paraded around the school from local agencies including West St. Paul, Mendota Heights, South St. Paul, St. Paul, and South Metro Fire.
