Biking Events in West St. Paul

We support community events with the help of our members.

A few bike events are coming up in West St. Paul, including the annual West St. Paul Rider community bike ride and a helmet giveaway.

Helmet Giveaway

The annual Bike Rodeo safety event is taking a year off, but free helmets are still available to keep kids safe while they ride.

  • What: Free helmets and fittings for youth, while supplies last.
  • When: May 16 and 20 from 10-11:30 a.m.
  • Where: Wentworth Library.
  • How: Just show up.
  • Who: The giveaway is sponsored by the City of West St. Paul, Dakota County Library, Children’s Minnesota, and the West St. Paul Rider.

West St. Paul Rider

This annual community bike ride is back, showcasing the trails in West St. Paul.

Residential real estate services serving Minneapolis, St Paul and the Twin Cities Metro. Looking for a Realtor to help you buy, sell or invest?
  • What: A 6.9-mile, family friendly bike ride complete with donuts at the start and a water and snack break at the halfway point.
  • When: Sunday, June 7 at 8:30 a.m.
  • Where: Starts at Marthaler Park.
  • How: The event is free, but please register online.
  • Who: The ride is sponsored by the West St. Paul Reader, Dakota County, South Robert Street Business Association, and the City of West St. Paul.
