The Optimist Club of West St. Paul named Robert Hanson, a 30-year Spanish teacher at Two Rivers High School, their Optimist of the Year.

25th ISD 197 Spelling Bee Turns Out Grand Champions

The Optimist Club of West St. Paul hosted the 25th annual ISD 197 spelling bee and crowned winners for each school and a champion in each division. Winning words? “Chaucerian” and “conurbation.”
