To celebrate 225 members, we commissioned local student photographer Finley Gustafson to create a new postcard highlighting West St. Paul’s Art Park.

A West St. Paul art project that’s been more than a year in the making was installed today in the art park at the corner of Oakdale and Butler.

The community is invited to participate in creating a mosaic column for the Art Park at the corner of Oakdale and Butler.
