While the regular West St. Paul City Council meeting was cut short due to an emergency declaration and curfew, the work session included heated debate on the Black Lives Matter mural.
This week West St. Paul held their first ever virtual City Council meeting in response to the social distancing required by the coronavirus. The biggest issue was a proposed repeal of the prevailing wage ordinance, which was ultimately denied.
