A new secondhand clothing boutique, Soul aWear Circular Fashion, opened in West St. Paul. “We make reuse really fun and enjoyable,” said owner Krystell Theisen Escobar who also owns kids clothing reseller Eco Chico.

West St. Paul Antiques is home to one of the largest Winter Carnival collections that’s open to the public. The artifacts date back to 1886 and the very first Winter Carnival.
