West St. Paul is hosting a city hall open house and a diorama contest with a $75 prize. “Dioramas are just fun and something everyone can do with a few household items,” said Parks Director Eric Weiss. “West St Paul is a creative, humor-loving community, so I’m excited to see what fun ideas people will come up with.”
