The tiny drive-thru/walk-up restaurant at the corner of Robert and Logan is switching from Top Dog to Thai Pepper.

Top Dog closed on September 29 with plans to operate out of a food truck and eventually open a new restaurant in a yet-to-be-disclosed location.

Thai Pepper plans to open November 1, with a soft opening the last week of October. The to-go and drive-thru restaurant will bring authentic Thai food to West St. Paul.
