The Bike Rodeo safety event returned to West St. Paul after a pandemic hiatus with kids coming out to Garlough Park for free helmets, minor bike repairs, and safety lessons. Then kids took a lap through Garlough Park.

Thanks to the City of West St. Paul, Dakota County Library, West St. Paul Police Department, Dakota County Parks, and the West St. Paul Rider for making this event possible. Additional support came from South Metro Fire, Children’s Hospital, student volunteers from Two Rivers High School, and other local volunteers.
