The annual Bike Rodeo safety event returned to Wentworth Library, giving kids free helmets, bike repairs, a safety course, and a bike ride around the pond. The City of West St. Paul, the West St. Paul Police Department, Dakota County Library, and West St. Paul Reader teamed up to put on the event.
