Member Drive: Expand Student Opportunities; 50 New Members for More Student Opportunities

Thanks for Supporting Our Member Drive

A big thank you to the 41 new and upgraded members who supported our 2024 fall member drive. Thanks to the influx of new members, we crossed 300 total members for the first time, ending up at 320. These are the people who make neighborhood news happen and keep this community informed. Thank you.

Party: We celebrated on Sunday evening with a members party at FoodSmith:

Goal: We came up just short of our goal of 50 new or upgraded members to expand student opportunities. We’ll still do our best to give students experiences and hope to have an intern next summer.

Sports Complex Pavilion Moves Beyond Horseshoes

A roughly 40-year history comes to an end with the removal of horseshoe pits from the West St. Paul Sports Complex. The city recently completed work to remove the horseshoe pits and fencing from the covered pavilion, opening the space up for other uses.
