How It Works
- Laundry card: Customers can get a laundry card that can be loaded with money and used on the store’s machines. The cards are free, can be reloaded, and never expire. Just swipe the laundry card to pay for any washers or dryers in the store.
- Bonus: Customers can use cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to load their laundry cards—and get a bonus starting at $20, so $20 loaded on the card becomes $22, $30 becomes $33, $40 becomes $44, etc.
- Pay directly: Instead of a laundry card, customers can pay directly on each machine with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay—but there’s no bonus.
- Tokens: If any customers still have branded dollar tokens, the value can be loaded onto a laundry card. There are directions in the store for how to exchange tokens.
