The City of West St. Paul is now accepting applications for volunteer boards and committees. Apply now to serve your city and help guide your community forward.

Openings: There are currently six openings across various committees, and could be more.

What: The committees include Planning Commission, Charter Commission, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and Environmental Committee.

Context: Last year 26 people applied for 13 positions, showing a wealth of enthusiasm and engagement from residents.

Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and currently live in West St. Paul.

Process: City Council will interview applicants the second week of February and make appointments before March 1. Anyone who applied last year and was not appointed will need to reapply to be considered this year.

Deadline: Applications are accepted through February 2, 2026.
