Pedestrian Hit on Robert Street

Thanks to Dakota County and Clover Montessori School for their support.

Last week a 33-year-old woman was crossing Robert Street when a driver stuck the pedestrian with her vehicle.

Condition: The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Cause: The driver told police the sun was in her eyes and she did not see the pedestrian. Police reported there was no evidence of impairment and no citations were issued.

Where: The pedestrian was in the crosswalk at Robert and Lothenbach.
