MC’s Pub is opening in Inver Grove Heights on November 1. The sports bar and grill is part of the Muddy Cow Restaurant Group, with more than a dozen various locations in the metro area.
“Every MC’s Pub location has its own unique touch, and our new IGH location will be no exception!” said Kari Conroy with the Muddy Cow Restaurant Group. “While each location brings something a little different to the table, one thing will always remain the same—the welcoming family-friendly atmosphere, great food, and friendly service. We want everyone to feel right at home whether they are visiting for the first time or are already a part of our Pub family!”
Where: They’re located in the former LW’s Bierstube at 6434 Cahill Avenue East in Inver Grove Heights.
When: Opening day is Sunday, November 1.
What: A classic sports bar and grill offering burgers, beer, and daily specials including from bacon-wrapped meatloaf, goulash, fish and chips, and more. They also have breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Why Inver Grove Heights?: “What drew us to IGH was the community itself,” said Conroy. “We love the location, and the fact that it is surrounded by residential neighborhoods. We see a lot of potential in this area and feel it’s a perfect fit and addition to the Muddy Cow Restaurant Group.”
