West St. Paul City Council approved intoxicating THC licensing and zoning ordinances, as well as several tweaks to zoning, stormwater, and an equitable tweak to this year’s mill and overlay assessments.
Changes to the intoxicating THC ordinances and an occupancy exception for Net Ministries will come before the West St. Paul City Council.
Community members packed city hall for a public hearing on a proposed mental health center, which West St. Paul City Council voted unanimously to approve. Council also approved the 2023 budget, approved purchasing the Hy-Vee property, and reviewed the new bike and pedestrian plan.
