A roundabout is coming to the intersection of Thompson and Oakdale in West St. Paul in 2023, as well as sidewalks and trails on both streets.

Annapolis Reconstruction Project

West St. Paul and St. Paul are teaming up for the reconstruction of Annapolis Street in 2023 and 2024, including potential bike routes and tackling the dreaded six-way Annapolis-Dodd-Charlton intersection.
