Dumped on for decades and then buried for a golf course, a wetland and creek in the middle of West St. Paul will be restored. The project will include a waterfall, boardwalk and looping trails to be completed by the end of 2022.
With a minimal agenda for the regular West St. Paul City Council meeting, most of the action came during the Open Council Work Session, with updates on the Annapolis reconstruction project, the Thompson Oaks wetland restoration, redistricting, and charter changes.
