Two Rivers High School: Building a Warrior Community

Thanks to The North 40 Tavern for their support. A north woods tavern somewhere in the middle of a big city. They regularly rotate tap beers, so stop in to see what’s currently flowing.

As students are returning to school, here’s a pep talk from Two Rivers High School Principal Al Johnson.

A parent asked Principal Johnson if he had any words of encouragement to share with a new ninth grader. Here’s what’s Principal Johnson said:

Pace Automotive: Local, family owned auto repair. Personal, honest service.

“What I would say to students coming into Two Rivers this year, it is a great time right now to be a warrior. We’re on a roll, and not just because I’m on my roller skates. There are so many things from an academic standpoint that we’re growing here, our activities are growing, our athletics up and down the line are growing. Our goal is to get better and stronger every single day. So you have this as a commitment from me and from this whole community. We’re going to do everything in our power to make sure that you’re successful, that you find your people, and we want to partner with parents so we know what your hopes and aspirations are for your child so we can partner together, because we are building a warrior community.”
