Open house for 150 Thompson Avenue.

Fun to Dream of What You Want vs. What You Hate

At Monday’s West St. Paul City Council meeting, Council Member Lisa Eng-Sarne invited residents to give feedback on the proposed redevelopment at 150 Thompson Avenue. This is the former YMCA/Hy-Vee space, where a complex of apartments, restaurant/brewery, and community space is proposed.

“The Hy-Vee site meeting, as Council Member Eastman said, was packed. It is really fun to dream about what could be and what you want versus what you hate in town. So please continue to provide that feedback. Ben Boike is smiling slightly. Do reach out to him, reach out to all of us for your dreams for that site.”
