The Optimist Club of West St. Paul hosted the Candidates and Cookies Forum on October 9, 2024, featuring municipal candidates in West St. Paul. Candidates made an opening statement and then took questions from the audience. See our complete 2024 voter’s guide for more on this year’s election.
Only four of the six candidates showed up—Mayor Dave Napier (uncontested race), Ward 1 Candidate Doug Fromm, Jamie Gulley representing Ward 2 Candidate Robyn Gulley (uncontested race), and Ward 3 Candidate Lisa Eng-Sarne. Andrew Rydlund and Anthony Smith did not appear nor make a statement.
