The Optimist Club of West St. Paul awarded the winners of their annual essay contest on Wednesday, April 6.
The Optimist Club of West St. Paul hosted the 25th annual ISD 197 spelling bee and crowned winners for each school and a champion in each division. Winning words? “Chaucerian” and “conurbation.”
