Nominations Open for Warrior Hall of Fame

Thanks to Dakota County and Jameson’s Irish Bar for their support.

ISD 197 is again accepting nominations for this year’s Warrior Hall of Fame. The award honors the outstanding accomplishments of individuals who have contributed to the ISD 197 community.

“The Warrior Hall of Fame honors those who have achieved personal accomplishments and uplifted our entire community,” said Superintendent Peter Olson-Skog. “Each Warrior’s success is a testament to the community and how we support each other to achieve great things.” 

Who: It’s open to “former Warriors who have distinguished themselves in the area of athletics, activities, the fine arts, academics, and service while at Henry Sibley/Two Rivers High School and beyond in their post-high school experiences.” It’s open to alumni, staff, and community contributors.

Pace Automotive: Local, family owned auto repair. Personal, honest service.

Previous winners: The hall of fame class of 2024 includes Gene Atkins, Laura Ashley Grattan, Erin Pash, and Scott Van. The inaugural class of 2023 includes Ann Bancroft, Helen Fisk, Tom Gustafson, and Dean Verdoes.

How: You can nominate individuals for the Warrior Hall of Fame online.

Deadline: March 30

Named: New hall of fame members will be announced and recognized in the fall.
