About the Artist

“West St. Paul Water Tower” is by Sam Goetsch, a local artist who creates stunning water color paintings reminiscent of Normal Rockwell and offers video tutorials and painting tips to a huge online following. We profiled Goetsch and talked with her about her process, videos, and work.
