Oakdale Avenue has been closed for road work between Annapolis and Butler in West St. Paul for a few weeks and it’s likely to continue for a couple more. St. Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) is replacing lead water lines as part of their Lead Free program.
Timeline: They should be finished by early August, though it might take until mid-August for full street restoration.
