West St. Paul City Council waded into an unexpected debate over ward representation on the Planning Commission. Other topics included medical clinic denial and approval, city hall improvements, sidewalks and trails, and some important recognitions.
City hall renovations and new sidewalk/trails are on the agenda, as well as some conflict over medical clinic permits and a Planning Commission appointment.
The Met Council approved two West St. Paul sidewalk and trail projects, making them eligible for a combined $2.4 million in federal funding.
