West St. Paul considers plans to permanently convert underused tennis courts to pickleball, one of the fastest growing sports in the nation.
In 1971, a lighted ski hill opened in the new Marthaler Park, complete with a tow rope. The ski program later closed, but remnants of the tow rope remain at the top of the hill.
