The West St. Paul City Council recognized Black History Month, launched a housing rehab program, and took some heat for how last month’s meeting was handled.
Monday’s West St. Paul City Council meeting has a relatively brief agenda, mostly focused on housing rehab with a proclamation for Black History Month.
This early morning work group will cover topics including sidewalk gaps, proposed no parking, Carrie Street, and a housing rehab program.
