A memorial service will be held at the site of Police Officer Scott Patrick’s death near the Smith and Dodd intersection in West St. Paul. The city is also working on a permanent memorial nearby.

Planned Memorial for Police Officer Killed in West St. Paul

The family of Officer Scott Patrick will drive the memorial design, which will come in 2025 as part of the realignment of the Smith and Dodd intersection.
