One week out from the election, legislative priorities and housing dominated the West St. Paul City Council meeting.
Shopping carts, assessment hearings, a bus rapid transit update, and rental engagement are all on the agenda for the West St. Paul City Council.
“We are proud of the City of West St. Paul,” said Mayor Dave Napier during his State of the City address. “We want to come out and share with you everything we do.”
The Minnesota state legislative session wrapped up in May with a number of historic changes and funding that will impact West St. Paul, including nearly $11 million in direct funding.
