Hundreds Pack Wentworth Library for Reopening Celebration

Hundreds of people jammed Wentworth Library Wednesday evening for a reopening celebration event after a 13-month closure for renovations. “This means the world to our community,” said West St. Paul Mayor Dave Napier.

Wentworth Library Reopens

After 13 months of renovation, the Wentworth Library reopened today. “I like that everyone is excited to be here,” said Tari, one of the library visitors who arrived before the doors opened.

It’s the last week for the temporary library at the Dakota County Northern Service Center, which will be open through April 24. Wentworth Library reopens on May 6.

Wentworth Library Reopens May 6

After a 13-month closure, Wentworth Library will reopen on May 6: “We are very excited to share the new space with our community,” said Branch Manager Stacy Lenarz.
