The official City of West St. Paul parade finally returned after the COVID-19 pandemic with Explore West St. Paul Days, the first city parade since 2019. The parade ran south along Charlton from Bernard to Kraft.

A number of community groups, organizations, businesses, schools, and government entities took part.
