2023 Optimist Club Candidate Forum for ISD 197 Election

The Optimist Club of West St. Paul hosted their Talk ‘n Taco candidate forum for the ISD 197 school board election. All five candidates participated and Superintendent Peter Olson-Skog talked about the two property tax levies.
