The ride included the support of nearly 20 volunteers, West St. Paul Police Reserves, and Dakota County Park Patrol, plus the West St. Paul Reader, Dakota County, the City of West St. Paul. Several elected officials participated, including Dakota County Commissioner Joe Atkins, City Council Members Lisa Eng-Sarne, and ISD 197 School Board Member Marcus Hill.
