The Winter Fun Fest is returning to Dodge Nature Center on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025. This free, outdoor community event includes winter activities, music, and more. The event is from 2 to 5 p.m.
Weather permitting: Last year unseasonably warm weather and a lack of snow forced the cancelation of the event. This year they’re hoping the weather will cooperate.
Winter fun: When the weather does play nice, people turn out. One year an estimated 3,000 people came to Winter Fun Fest. The fun includes reindeer and horse-drawn trolley rides, snowshoeing, kicksledding, boot hockey, ice mini golf, ice bowling, otter slides, a medallion hunt, bonfires, music, raffle for two 65-inch TVs, food and beverages available for purchase, and more.
