Clean Up Day: April 19

City of West St. Paul Clean Up: April 19

Thanks to FoodSmith for their support.

The City of West St. Paul is hosting a Clean Up Day on Saturday, April 19. It’s part of a busy day of events that starts with an Egg Hunt and ends with the charity hockey game.

  • When: Saturday, April 19 from approximately 10:30 a.m. to noon, following the Egg Hunt.
  • Where: Meet at Harmon Park for instructions and supplies, then head out to anywhere in the city that needs some clean up.
  • What: Grab garbage bags and grabbers at Harmon Park (bring your own gloves) and head out on your own or in teams. Garbage will be collected until noon, though you’re welcome to clean up for as long as you like.
  • Prizes: Volunteers who fill an entire trash bag will be entered in a drawing to win gift cards to Zak’s Auto Service, 5-8 Grill & Tap, and Crew Carwash.
  • Bonus: Coffee courtesy of Caribou Coffee and treats will be available for all volunteers. Plus stickers from West St. Paul Reader.

Council Member Pat Armon has been leading the charge on semi-annual city clean ups for a few years now:

Pace Automotive: Local, family owned auto repair. Personal, honest service.

“My hope is that the clean ups get more people to care and realize that a little effort can go a long way in keeping things clean.”
