Luna Donut of Apple Valley is opening a new location in Inver Grove Heights and expanding their menu to include boba drinks. They acquired E&S Sweet Treats in Inver Grove Heights and plan to open Luna Donuts in that location on August 18.
“We saw a great opportunity to bring our concept to a new community,” said owner, baker, and self-proclaimed ‘dough guy’ Sovannpanga Hang.
- What: “The Inver Grove Heights location will offer donuts, coffee, handcrafted boba drinks, and sandwiches,” said Hang. “We’re especially excited about continuing E&S Sweet Treats’ tradition of crafting quality boba drinks. We think having donuts, coffee, boba, and food all under one roof will give customers more options and make the location a great place to stop by throughout the day.”
- Where: In the former E&S Sweet Treats location at 3056 65th Street East in Inver Grove Heights.
- When: They plan to open on Tuesday, August 18.
- History: Luna Donut opened in Apple Valley in 2023.
“When the opportunity came up to acquire E&S Sweet Treats, we felt it was a natural fit,” said Hang. “We’re excited to build on what they’ve already created while bringing the Luna Donut experience to Inver Grove Heights.”
