The new Chase Bank and Starbucks on the southern end of West St. Paul in front of Cub Foods are now open.
West St. Paul City Council passed the preliminary 2021 budget. We also learned that “ribs and steak” might be coming to the vacant Baker’s Square.
Six months into the pandemic, we check in on how local businesses are doing. A few have closed, a few are actually opening, and a lot are adapting.
