After some long delays, the Food Smith bistro pub (from the owners of Mendoberri in Mendota Heights) has announced they are starting construction Oct. 28 and plan to open March 9.
The restaurant will be located on Smith near Dodd, next to Chin Chin’s and Smith Liquors in the former Cici Events space.
