The Process

A team of Moreland staff, administrators, and Moreland parents conducted principal interviews. They created a leader profile and job description using feedback from staff, district leadership, and families.

“Our interview committee was drawn to Rob’s strong communication, authenticity and passion, as well as his ability to form meaningful relationships and build a strong community,” said ISD 197 Assistant Superintendent Peter Mau.

Family

Sahli’s wife Beth is a small business owner, and they have two boys ages 10 and 5. Sahli enjoys fishing, running, camping, and spending time in the outdoors.

“This change will be a tremendous new adventure for our little family. I am so very thankful for their constant support,” Sahli said on Instagram.
