Redeveloping 424 Butler Avenue East

During the Economic Development Authority (EDA) meeting, Council will amend the purchase agreement for 424 Butler Avenue East, a single family home that’s slated for redevelopment. The new agreement extends the closing date and cleans up some of the language. Council approved the original purchase for a price of $600,000 back in October.
